The warranty period for our products is 12 months.

You can conclude a maintenance contract with us to extend the warranty period by agreement.


If you have no warranty agreement, we will provide the following services in case of disturbance or malfunktion:

•    Telephonic advice of a possible cause of interference by a technician

•    Prompt delivery of spare parts required

•    Visit of a technician to determine the cause of malfunction



All parts and components are of renowned brands and and available as spare parts all over the world on local markets.

On request we also supply consumable material such as filters or spare lights.
